RENTAL POLICIES

Rental Fees are due in full prior to check out.

A deposit equal to 10% of the total estimated fees or $250, whichever is the greater amount, is due at the time of making the reservation and becomes non-refundable if cancelled 30 days or less prior to the reserved dates. No reservations will be made without the deposit.

A refundable damage/cleaning deposit may be required at the discretion of the camp management.

All facilities and grounds must be left in a clean and sanitary condition upon departure.

All meals require a minimum charge of 20 plates.

Each rental group must supply their own first aid equipment, supplies, and care. The nearest hospital is Gritman Medical Center in Moscow, Idaho (approximately 40 miles south of Camp Sanders)

The following is prohibited on the campgrounds: illegal drugs, alcohol, fireworks, pornography, or the discharge of firearms.

Campfires are allowed in designated areas depending on current state fire restrictions in place at the time of the event.

All swimming is at one’s own risk. Camp Sanders does not provide lifeguard services.

There is a land-line telephone in the camp kitchen which may be used for emergency calls. The number is (208) 274-3213.

Camp Sanders reserves the right to expel anyone for disruptive, destructive, or other inappropriate behavior.

Due to a wide variety of special food needs, Camp Sanders is unable to provide meals to satisfy each dietary requirement.

To the fullest extent of the law, the event, organization and/or individual shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sanders Christian Camp, Inc., its officers, employees, agents, representatives, consultants, and contractors from and against any and all loss, costs, penalties, fines, damages, claims, expenses (including attorney’s fees) or liabilities arising out of, resulting from, or in connection with the services contemplated by this Rental Agreement.
